You will learn how to “put into action” our practical, hands-on tools and methodologies by applying them to your organization's current products / services / business models. In some cases, local fieldwork will also be conducting to maximize your "learning by doing" experience.

The Results
By the end of the workshop your team will have a shared understanding of your company’s implicit strategic challenges, and most importantly, a common foundation for addressing them.
